You can enjoy your investment without worry or concern. After your property is rented, our team maintains a close liaison with your tenant. We're on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We'll provide you with a monthly computer-generated report on the current status of your property that includes a summary of the income and expenses on a monthly basis.

Net proceeds are deposited directly to your account. If your property requires maintenance or repairs, we will investigate the problem and report the nature of the problem to you and the cost involved. Then we will arrange to have the repairs done for you.

We provide professional Rental Property Management Services designed to make protecting your investment as simple as possible for you.
